Following the Oregon Early Learning Division's rules for operation, Pockets Full of Posies re-opened doors for emergency care on July 1st, 2020. We are committed to strictly following the state's safety guidelines, while also providing exemplary child care.
Priority for care is given to families designated as essential workers, however, care is available to all families at this time.
Emergency care is available for both month to month terms and permanent placement.
Traditional enrollment in our program ensures a guaranteed space until kindergarten age. Please inquire over email for more info about availability in your child's classroom space.
Emergency operations include:
Emergency hours of operation of 8am-5pm
Self-contained classrooms of no more than 10 children
Specified drop off areas for classrooms
Increased cleaning and sanitation measures
Removal of difficult to clean items (carpets, wicker, pillows, etc)
Encourage space and distance between children (and staff) when able or appropriate
